[00:00:06] Viktoriia Miracle: Hello. Hello and welcome back to happy time happy money podcast and today we have Britt Bolnick. Britt is a successful business owner, best-selling author and magician living a life. She loves in Maine she's owner and founder of in arms coaching, the co-founder of Pittie Posse Rescue and the creatrix of Sacred Structure and the Bending Time Tools.

[00:00:36] She mentors soul-led women business owners and multi-passionate entrepreneurs, teaching approved foolproof and predictable way to reach six figures while you run your business in 30 hours a week or less. Hi and welcome Britt.

[00:00:53] Britt Bolnick: Hello. Thank you so much for having me.

[00:00:56] Viktoriia Miracle: So I'm so, I'm so curious to know everything where like everything about you, that Bending Time Tools tracks, Sacred Structure.

[00:01:05] I, I I'm sure our audience too, tell please, tell us more about yourself, how you started and what inspired you to do what you're doing?

[00:01:14] Britt Bolnick: Yeah, absolutely. Thank you so much. So I started my business about 15 years ago. I was a single mother of a toddler with sole custody, no child support. I was on food stamps.

[00:01:25] I was waitressing five to seven nights a week. We lost our home and it was just, it was really the absolute lowest low. And that's where I was when I started in arms coaching. I knew that I didn't want to continue to live the way that we were living. I knew that I didn't want to continue to live without options.

[00:01:43] I knew that I wanted to do work that I really loved. It felt sacred to me around helping other women and I started in arms coaching and that's kind of the nutshell version of it, but I very quickly understood that I had to know how to use my time in order to grow a successful business, especially because at that point I had about four hours a week to start and grow in arms coaching.

[00:02:06] So from there nutshell version I built and scaled in arms coaching. I grew it to a six-figure business that I do in three weeks, three hours, three days a week, excuse me, or less. We also created a dog rescue Pittie Posse Rescue, which is my heart and soul. And now I live with my now 16 year old daughter and my husband and stepdaughter in Maine with a bunch of rescued pit bulls and bunch of chickens on eight acres in the woods.

[00:02:38] And I teach other women how to do the same, not necessarily the pit bull rescue part, but the creating a business, doing what you love and really being able to have the income that you want and the impact that you want to have without sacrificing all your time or sanity.

[00:02:55] Viktoriia Miracle: Beautiful. Well, that's amazing.

[00:02:58] I would love to know more about like how, what was the like, what was the shift that you created maybe mindset or what was that that, you know, you step from zero to six figures?

[00:03:13] Britt Bolnick: I mean, the real, honestly, one of the biggest pieces was just that I could not tolerate living that way anymore. The stress was killing me.

[00:03:23] I had, you know, I brought this kid into the world and I wasn't getting time with her. I wasn't present when I was with her because I was so stressed, you know, I couldn't buy the food that we wanted. I couldn't keep our home. It just, it just wasn't sustainable and I really was so incredibly focused on no plan B and making sure that I could create a lifestyle for the two of us that allowed me to enjoy her and raise her without stress.

[00:03:53] That was really the biggest, the biggest piece of, of momentum that drove me forward was just that I didn't want to live that life. And as soon as I was able to start correcting it, I also didn't want other women to live it. And that was really a lot of the motivation for inner arms coaching.

[00:04:11] Viktoriia Miracle: Love it. So it's like you're being become greater and that your reward, and then you shifted.

[00:04:18] And that's what I say always to people say to women, you ha you get to find, ,you know, otherwise if pain not greater than the reward that you're getting every day for living that way. It's going, it's just going to continue. So how are you managing your time? Tell us like any tricks and tips on, oh my God, like managing, 8 acres, you said, chickens and, and the business as well.

[00:04:43] Britt Bolnick: Yeah, well, I wrote a whole book on it, because it was, it's also the, you know, once I learned how to do it, it became a really huge part of what I teach other women to do. But there were a couple of really incredibly important pieces.

[00:04:57] And one is that you understand your relationship to time and your personal investment. As a woman in this world in being really, really busy for a lot of us, we have a badge of honor around being very, very busy. And you have to recognize your own connection to that. Some of us there's a period of time where we sort of ascribe our value as connected to, or indirect relationship to how busy we are and how crazy we feel.

[00:05:29] And one of the first steps is really stopping that and understanding that you have immense value, whether you're busy all the time or not. And that there's incredible value. In creating vast expanses of time, where you're not busy, where you just have time to stop and relax and process and evaluate and recalibrate.

[00:05:50] And once you can see how deeply that serves you and how important that is, there's a whole system that I take women through of understanding how to set healthy boundaries. How to say no to things, how to evaluate what is really the best use of your time and what brings you the most joy to do with your time?

[00:06:08] It's a little bit like Marie Kondo-ing your time, and then how to delegate and set up your life so that other people can hold the other pieces of your life. And that's how I've managed to grow and scale the business. Grow and scale a rescue and then we're actually about to open a third business and I still have vast expense expanses of free time in my schedule because that's, what's important to me.

[00:06:32] Viktoriia Miracle: Beautiful. And what will be your number one advice that you can give to a woman in terms of your time management? I know, I think.

[00:06:45] Britt Bolnick: Yes. Okay, so the first one is really to examine how invested you are in being busy. That's a really important piece because a lot of us try all these different time management tools. But we have a belief that we should be busy, that success equals being crazy, no pain, no gain.

[00:07:05] Right? So to really look at what your relationship is with time and what your beliefs are that are keeping you running a treadmill, a busy of crazy of sacrifice of compromise.

[00:07:18] Viktoriia Miracle: Awesome, and the last question that I always ask on this at this podcast is fill in the blank for me. If you really knew me, you will know that I am blank.

[00:07:33] Britt Bolnick: Really disorganized,

[00:07:37] That I am a deep, deep, deep dog lover and sometimes I like dogs better than.

[00:07:43] Viktoriia Miracle: No, I keep hearing that more and more unfortunately. Similarly, we get to shift, we get to shift people like this is not good. All right. I know you have a gift for our audience today. Could you share with us what it is?

[00:07:58] Britt Bolnick: Yeah, absolutely. It's a, it's a version of a future you meditation that I recorded in learning how to use your time teaches you, you really also have to understand and to see clearly what it is that you want. So the future you, meditation leads you to meeting yourself in the future and seeing what really makes you happy and what really fills your heart with joy so that you can then come back and begin to create that in real time.

[00:08:23] Viktoriia Miracle: Beautiful. And if you're watching or listening to this episode where you can find that meditation is to go, just scroll down or go down, there's going to be a link to the episode webpage and there is going to be all links that we mentioned today and all the contact information of Britt and mine and thank you so much for watching.

[00:08:44] We'll be, I'll be very grateful if you leave a review and comment or send me any messages around this episode or others, and I'll see you in the next one. Thank you so much for coming and sharing your knowledge. I'm so grateful to have you over here with us.

[00:09:01] Britt Bolnick: Thank you for having me.

[00:09:02] Viktoriia Miracle: Thank you. Bye bye.
